At Nicely Polished we do our best to ensure you get the product you want at the best price. If you need to return items however we have laid out this simple policy to assist you.
What if my order does not arrive ?
If you have selected Next Day Delivery and your order does not arrive on time, we will refund your delivery charge in full provided it was within our shipping guidelines.
If you have made an order using our FREE 2nd class delivery service we will have to wait 15 days to investigate, if after 15 days your goods have still not arrived you are entitled to a re-order using the same delivery method or a full refund.
If any of our products do not meet your satisfaction just send it back to us in its original condition (unopened and unused) within 14 days of purchase. You will need to notify us by email, phone or post quoting your order reference number in which you wish to return. Please be aware, for strict hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used, tested or opened products under any circumstances. Upon receipt and examination, we will issue a full refund (less shipping and processing/PayPal fees).
Cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using an insured delivery service such as Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded service.
The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. PayPal refunds will appear back in your PayPal account within 7 days. If you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase on line, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Faulty Item Returns Policy
If the product you receive is faulty or not what you purchased, please contact us immediately and within 14 days of purchase. We will need to know the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the product. Please be aware that we will test the product to ensure that it is truly faulty as we do not accept returns on items that are simply not as expected. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show on your credit card or bank statement. Delivery costs will also be refunded (where necessary) if the product is faulty or damaged, this will be refunded against Royal Mail's cost for the specific delivery option. This excludes any products delivered using our free 1st Class Delivery. If the return is a result of our error (wrong item sent, faulty or damaged) we will refund the total amount including delivery, payment processing and return fees. Please note: We cannot accept any used or opened items.
